C3 Investigations and Consulting was founded by Chancellor ("Chance") Melvin, a retired federal criminal investigator with more than 23 years of experience leading and conducting complex investigations. Throughout his career, Chance developed a reputation for thoroughness, objectivity, and having a disciplined approach to uncovering facts and evaluating evidence.

Chance is a Licensed Private Investigator, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Cyber Crimes Investigator (CCCI), and Certified Economic Crime Forensic Examiner (CECFE). He combines investigative expertise, financial analysis, digital research, and strategic problem solving to uncover facts, analyze evidence, and develop findings that can withstand scrutiny.
